Petersburg Rodonit to share everything about no-bake processes
Since 2007, the company has been manufacturing its own equipment for no-bake processes: mixers (single- and twin-arm, with output capacity of up to 45 tonnes per hour), vibrating tables (with driven and non-driven roller conveyors, with flat worktops), semi-automatic moulding lines, manipulators, knockout grids and mechanical reclamation systems, pneumatic conveying systems and floor filters.
Rodonit, a company from St. Petersburg, will take an active part in the Metallurgy/Litmash.Russia'2026 exhibition, to be held on May 26–28 in Moscow.
The enterprise was established in 1993 to address scientific and technical support issues for Russian foundry enterprises. Since the early 2000s, it has been actively engaged in the implementation of various no-bake processes (water glass, alpha-set, furan process, pep-set, foscon) at foundry plants in the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

"Following the departure of European suppliers of similar equipment, we continue to provide technical support to Russian users of previously supplied equipment — we carry out technical diagnostics of equipment operation with recommendations for eliminating identified defects and operational violations, modernise equipment control systems, replace worn mixer arms with new ones, manufacture attrition screens for mechanical reclamation systems, and source available alternative spare parts where possible," said Alexander Treshchalin, Technical Director of Rodonit, in an interview with the Metal Supply and Sales Magazine.
