Industrial tests of russian modifiers for extra-furnace steel processing conducted in China

Specialists from NPP Technology participated in industrial tests of innovative domestic modifiers ALCAR®Fe-Ti-N, ALCAR®Fe-V-Ti-N, and INSTEEL®15, produced by the company. The equipment testing was carried out at a production site in the city of Loudi, Hunan Province, China.

Specialists from NPP Technology participated in industrial tests of innovative domestic modifiers ALCAR®Fe-Ti-N, ALCAR®Fe-V-Ti-N, and INSTEEL®15, produced by the company. The equipment testing was carried out at a production site in the city of Loudi, Hunan Province, China.

The tests were conducted with the aim of improving the mechanical properties and increasing the wear resistance of parts for cone and jaw crushers for use at mining enterprises. For all types of modifiers, increased assimilation of active elements was noted, as reported by the company. Currently, the crusher parts are undergoing operational tests at mining enterprises.

NPP Technology will participate in the International Industrial Exhibition Metallurgy.Litmash’2026, which will take place from May 26 to 28 at the Timiryazev Center in Moscow.
