Our company produces cast aluminum alloy components on Swedish rotary coquille casting machines. The applied technology allows us to ensure the exact repetition of parameters within a series of products up to 170,000 pieces within the service life of 1 set of coquille and rod tooling. The weight of the products ranges from 500g to 20 kg. The optimal wall thickness is from 4 mm. Internal cavities, if necessary, are created using rod tooling. The workshop was put into operation in April 2021 at the expense of the Swedish group of companies IAC AB, SE. From April 2021 to February 2022, we cast the Volvo 17417260 oil filter housing. We supplied these products to IAC Tartu, Estonia for machining and further delivery to the Volvo assembly line. Since February 2022, the company has been under conservation. The new opening took place in September 2023. With the arrival of a Russian investor, we retained equipment and staff, resumed contacts with potential suppliers and by customers.
