Gas-purification equipment - absorption-biochemical units (ABCUs) are designed for industrial air purification from harmful organic compounds (triethylamine, phenol, formaldehyde) and attendant substances. ABCUs are used at foundries for air purification from:
- core making areas (Cold-Box-Amin, Alpha-set, etc.);
- areas of pouring, cooling and knocking out stack molds.
The employees have more than 30 years of experience of ABCUs producing: more than 140 ABCUs have been supplied to 60 enterprises in the CIS countries, incl. replacing of chemical (acid) scrubbers.
The use of ABCU is guaranteed to reduce the volume of harmful emissions to the standard MPE limits.
